Help Coney

Coney is in desperate need for hip replacement surgery. He’s on Rimadyl but you can tell he’s in pain. He’s still young (4yrs) which makes it even more heartbreaking. He struggles to sit up and can’t jump or run well. Hip Dysplasia is common in larger breed dogs and Coney is the sweetest Lab/Golden mix. He has a younger Dachshund brother that he would love to run around with. Coney’s back legs just aren’t keeping up with his spirit. Coney was my second foster and he was adopted by a very loving family in my city. He has a wonderful dad, stay at home mom, two human sisters and a new brother, Jack the Dachshund. He goes on family camping trips to the lake and has his own life vest. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect family for him. Hip replacement surgery is very costly $2-$4k depending on if you replace one or both sides of the hip. I would LOVE to donate this surgery to this wonderful family with the help of your donations. Your donation will be marked “for Coney” so we can apply it to his fund. Feel free to email me to check on the fund raising. I’ll keep ya’ll posted w/ pictures and surgery updates. I dogsat Coney and Jack in June and we had a ball. I took Lil Jack to work with me and he ran around like he was the boss. Lotta spunk in that little guy! Check out Jack's picture below - he crawled into my pillow case!!
